I am an Integrative counsellor combining psychodynamic and cognitive theory with a humanistic approach.
My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have experience in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, loss, addiction, disordered eating, self harm, low self esteem and PTSD. Over the last year I've been helping people manage through the impacts of Covid on their well-being and am qualified to provide counselling online.
I offer both short and long and term support, tailored to your needs, at £55 per session (10% discount on block booking of 6 sessions and concessions available for counselling trainees.
